Otis is a pilldealer from Strakonice, CZ. He sells everything that makes you happy. Known as a dandy, he lives a life in high spirits, that already gave him several descendants. He has a chronic cold from sniffing and freezing a lot, but his girlfriend from Seiseralm nurses him from time to time.
Experienced to live in a commune and used to deal with tolerant folks,
Otis feels confortable in big cities but also likes rural areas and makes
contact quickly.
